Green Coral is an exclusive island oasis with classical 1950’s interiors and luxurious antique furnishings. The Villa is located in a much sort after location of the island and is only a short stroll to the famous Piazzetta and less than a 10 minute walk to Marina Piccola beach.

The highlight of Green Coral is its magnificent gardens and outdoor living space. The beautifully manicured gardens are approx. 500 square meters and boast an array of trailing Mediterranean plants.

The Villa is split over two independent levels – upper and lower– and is connected by the common garden. It consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a formal dining room, a sitting room and a very generous panoramic terrace, making this property an ideal retreat for large families and/or a group of friends.

Green Coral has hosted some of the most celebrated parties during the heyday of Capri’s stardom and is a haven for luxury, privacy, and exclusivity.

The Upper Level
The entrance to the Villa opens onto the upper and main living space of the villa. Passing through a small hallway you will enter into to a spacious and ornately furnished living room with high domed ceilings, sofa lounges and French doors opening onto an expansive furnished terrace overlooking the sea. Directly behind the main living room through a set of arches and pillars is the formal dining room which can comfortably seat up to 8 people around a splendid antique wooden table. Adjacent to the main living is a small TV room for the younger members of the family to enjoy. This space also has direct access to the main outdoor terrace.

The separate kitchen is spacious and stylishly furnished with local Mediterranean tiles. For the avid chef, the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances including a 5-burner gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The Bedrooms – Upper Level
The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests in four double bedrooms.

On the main floor there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom ensuites. The master bedroom is generous in size and enjoys a walk-in robe, powder room and an ornate ensuite with clawfoot bathtub. Through a set of glass French doors, you have direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also enjoys an ensuite bathroom and separate walk-in robe. Views from the window are of the surrounding gardens.

The Lower Level Annex
Passing through the lush gardens and down a wide stair case you will arrive at the rear entrance of the lower level annex. This independent apartment also enjoys separate street front access.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a cosy combined living/dining room with TV corner and cane furnishings. There is also a small and fully functional kitchenette with electric hot plates and fridge/freezer.

Down a central hallway you will reach the sleeping space where you have two further bedrooms. The bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms.

Gardens and Outdoor Terrace
Green Coral is surrounded by 500 square meters of lush Mediterranean gardens allowing for maximum privacy. The beautifully manicured gardens are split over two levels and boast an array of trailing Mediterranean plants. On the upper level of Green Coral, you have the choice of two serenely furnished terraces where to sit back and relax as you gaze out to the Mediterranean. The sheltered terraces are decadently furnished with cushioned sofas, lounge chairs and a beautiful dining table for up to 8 people, perfect for al fresco dining.

There are a multitude of outdoor corners around the Villa, many shaded by a natural canopy of pine trees, giving you the privacy you need if travelling with a larger group. The outdoor space is pleasantly furnished with tables and chairs so you can hide away with a good book and a glass of wine as you breathe in the island air.

There is an outside shower in the garden to refresh after a swim in the salty waters of the Mediterranean.

The Location
Green Coral is only a ten-minute walk from La Piazzetta, the historic square in the center of the town of Capri, and equal distance (10 minutes) to Marina Piccola Beach. A small supermarket and local restaurant are just 300 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, boutiques are located in Capri town centre.

Moving around the island is simple. In additional to moving around on foot, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while the open-top taxis are available across the island. A porter service can also be organised to make arrivals and departures a breeze for guests.

Green Coral is the perfect haven for luxury, privacy, and exclusivity. The relaxing and warm atmosphere of the house will make you feel completely ‘at home’ on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
