Comfortably accommodating 4 people, this two-bedroom villa offers charm and tranquillity in a much sought after location on the island. The villa is conveniently located only 10 minutes on foot from the main Piazzetta of the Island and equal distance to Marina Piccola Beach.

Villa Bougainvillea is set on one level with a private gated entrance, expansive two-tiered garden with shaded courtyard, and a wraparound terrace with spectacular sea views. One of the many features that makes the villa stand apart are its opulent marble floors and large windows and doors which allows for a bright and airy feel to the interior. Each room in the villa opens out onto either the terrace or internal courtyard which are well equipped with sunbeds and outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa offers beautifully furnished modern interiors with an artistic flair. The living area is cosy, decked with an array of books for reading and relaxation, or films that can be enjoyed on the flat screen satellite TV. A large doorway off the living area leads into the elegantly furnished, sundrenched dining room which comfortably seats 6 people. Should you prefer alfresco dining with a magnificent sea view, then look no further then the oversized terrace decked with a marble top table and automatic sun shades. For the avid chef, the compact kitchen, located adjacent to the dining room, is well equipped with all the necessary utensils and equipment including a 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms in the main villa and two bathrooms. The bedrooms consist of one double room - with flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space and sea views with direct access to the terrace, and the second bedroom with spacious twin bunk beds and access to the internal courtyard.

All the modern conveniences that you’re used to at home such as air-conditioning/heating, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and indoor/outdoor Bose audio system can be found inside so you can relax and truly enjoy island life.

Villa Bougainvillea is only a ten-minute walk from La Piazzetta, the historic square in the center of the town of Capri, and equal distance (10 minutes) to Marina Piccola Beach. A small supermarket and local restaurant are just 300 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, boutiques are located in Capri town centre.

Moving around the island is simple. In additional to moving around on foot, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while the open-top taxis are available across the island. A porter service can also be organised to make arrivals and departures a breeze for guests.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 
A security/ damage deposit of €500 is required to cover accidental damage to the property during your stay. The security deposit is a refundable deposit processed with a credit card pre-authorisation which will be refunded/unblocked following your stay. This deposit relates to both the damage to property and/or furnishings and the state and condition in which the actual property is left at check-out.
