Your In Vino Veritas experience begins as soon as you step through the main entrance. A natural stone portal leads visitors inside, where a mix of soft lights creates a welcoming and suggestive atmosphere, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the millennia-old history of this unique place. Along the walls, wooden shelves display a selection of fine wines from the best local and international wineries.
The Tasting Room: Descending to the second level, you are completely immersed in the magical atmosphere of "In Vino Veritas". Here, an intimate space is dedicated to wine tasting where our to be wine connoisseurs will take their time to savour a selection of local and Italian wines in the tranquillity of the earth's depths. The low ceiling and tuff walls provide unique acoustics, while discreet lighting highlights the displayed art and bottle labels.
The Private Cellar: The third level of In Vino Veritas is reserved for selected clientele who desire an even more exclusive experience. A staircase, carved into the rock, leads to this intimate atmosphere where customers can consult the sommelier to choose rare bottles and exquisite liquors to enjoy in total privacy.
