Located only a few kilometres from the lively and bustling township of Sorrento and close to the city centre of Massa Lubrense, this two-storey, 5-bedroom villa is light and spacious throughout, and offers a multiple number of outdoor living spaces – gardens, terraces, balconies - all beautifully furnished with lounge chairs and outdoor décor allowing for total peace and privacy.

The villa is on two floors. The ground floor houses a well equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry and single bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The traditionally styled kitchen is decked with green and white Mediterranean tiles combined with wooden cupboards, plus everything you will need for preparing a home meal: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The main living space of the villa is spacious and enjoys a superb vista of the sea from the large glass windows that surround all rooms.

The ground floor patio, located off the main kitchen, is equipped with a dining table, and provides amazing views of the bay. This area is well protected and offers a cool escape from the summer heat with its shaded straw ‘pagliarelle’ covering, typical to the Sorrento area. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and woodfired pizza oven. Up a tiled stairwell and you will reach the first floor of the villa and main sleeping quarters. Here, there are 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and two further bathrooms. This upper level is complemented by a splendid terrace boasting stunning water views and suitably equipped with table and sun loungers.

The traditional design of the villa blends beautifully with the local colours and vegetation of the area and offers a sense of comfort that guests will greatly appreciate. In addition, the beautiful Mediterranean gardens with fruit trees and vegetables ready to be picked and enjoyed, also offers a free-standing swimming pool for escaping the summer heat.

This is the perfect location for families and visitors who wish to stay very close to the famous Sorrento and Amalfi Coast and yet avoid the hustle and bustle of the more notorious city centres of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 
A security/ damage deposit of €500 is required to cover accidental damage to the property during your stay. The security deposit is a refundable deposit processed with a credit card pre-authorisation which will be refunded/unblocked following your stay. This deposit relates to both the damage to property and/or furnishings and the state and condition in which the actual property is left at check-out.
