The Marble House is located on the third floor of a historical residential building with porter and lift access. As the name suggests, the apartment boasts polished marble floors, high ceilings, Juliette balconies and other timeless architectural features that have been given prominence with the recent refurbishment.

The apartment consists of two king bedrooms, one quadruple bedroom (or two king bedrooms with interconnecting doors), three bathrooms with walk-in shower, two kitchens, an open plan living and dining room, and a separate reading room with double sofabed option.

Spanning approx. 250 sqm, the apartment is divided into two zones - the main sleeping quarters on the north side, with 2 spacious king-sized bedrooms and a reading room with double sofa bed option, while the eastern side houses the main living area with dining, lounge room, kitchen and two interconnecting king bedrooms (NOTE: in the listing we have counted this as one bedroom as there are interconnecting doors).

The apartment boasts an abundance of natural light thanks to its period design with floor to ceiling doors and windows, making it an absolute pleasure for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The bedrooms are spacious, bolstered by the high ceilings, and have been superbly designed to create a certain level of opulence with the use of diverse fabrics including wood, steel and velvet. The discreet green tropical theme displayed through both natural and artistic elements adds a calming feel in contrast to the busy metropolis of one of Italy’s most densely populated cities, only steps away.

Nearby attractions
The Marble House is located within the arts precinct of Naples with the Archaeological Museum of Naples, located directly across the road and the Art Academy of Naples and Bellini Theatre, just steps away. Piazza Bellini is known for its nightlife with many bars, cafes and restaurants located in the vicinity.

San Gregorio Armeno is only a 10-minute walk from The Marble House, and is the epicentre of Italy’s Nativity scene tradition. Neapolitans flock to this street in the lead up to Christmas, however all year round the shops along Via San Gregorio Armeno are open and make and sell both the detailed Nativity structures and the many figurines that inhabit them.

Spaccanapoli is also close-by and is teeming with life. There are plenty of artistic and cultural attractions to visit nearby including San Gregorio Armeno, the church of Santa Chiara, Piazza del Gesù, Piazza San Domenico and entry to the must see Roman-Greco underground city of Neapolis.

The apartment is well connected via public transport. Metro line Linea 1- Museo Station, is just 400m away, with direct connections to Naples Central Train station and Via Toledo, the main shopping street in the heart of Naples.
