Perched on the hillside of Schiazzano in Massas Lubrense, Villa Aurelia has a private swimming pool and jacuzzi and is set amongst English lawns, with gazebo for al fresco dining and barbeque area.

Villa Aurelia consists of a main villa on the upper level sleeping six with private outdoor terrace and magnificent views of the Gulf of Naples, plus a self-contained two bedroom apartment (sleeping four) on the lower level.

The Villa is surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean flora making it the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends and family.

The Main Villa
The main villa is located on the upper level and has an unique décor with a Romanesque theme featuring wall murals of classical Roman figures hand painted by a local artist.

Upon entering the villa you will find a large living area with lounge and flat screen TV. Adjoining the living room is an open-plan kitchen/dining area with fully equipped kitchen including oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. The kitchen/dining room opens out onto a beautiful large balcony with outdoor furnishings and views.

The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people in three large double bedrooms, two of which open out onto private balconies.
There are two large bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and one with a bathtub.

The simple furnishings of the villa make it fresh, spacious and comfortable for either short or long-term stays.
All bedrooms in the main villa have reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as WiFi internet access and all the necessary facilities including wash room and washing machine.

Separate 2-Bedroom Apartment
The lower level 2-bedroom apartment has a separate entrance and comfortably sleeps 4 people in a twin and double-bed configuration.

The large stone paved terrace and covered deck area makes outdoor dining a must. The kitchen/living and dining area is compact and is fully equipped with the basic necessities.

The apartment enjoys one large bathroom and a small wash room/storage area with washing machine.

The Pool, Gardens and Surrounds
The highlight of Villa Aurelia is its outdoor living space comprising of two private terraces and a large garden area with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The garden is equipped with sun beds and outdoor furnishings making it the perfect spot to sit back with a glass of wine and soak up the Mediterranean sun.

The Location
Villa Aurelia is located in Schiazzano, approximately 2km from the quaint town of Sant’Agata, 10km from Sorrento and 4km from Massa Lubrense town centre. Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri are all within easy reach during a day trip, or you could visit must-see attractions including Pompeii or Herculaneum.

​The magnificent beach inlets of Nerano and Marina del Cantone are all within close proximity to the villa.

If you are a keen walker, there are many walking trails to appreciate the beauty of the natural environment, ranging from gentle strolls to more strenuous hikes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 
A security/ damage deposit of €500 is required to cover accidental damage to the property during your stay. The security deposit is a refundable deposit processed with a credit card pre-authorisation which will be refunded/unblocked following your stay. This deposit relates to both the damage to property and/or furnishings and the state and condition in which the actual property is left at check-out.
