This spacious and stylish apartment is set in the ancient and picturesque harbour of Marina della Lobra and is the perfect location from which to explore the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, yet ideal for those seeking a quiet and authentic Mediterranean coastal experience.

Comfortably accommodating six guests, the stunning terrace of Villa del Mar overlooks the blue waters of Mediterranean, close enough to taste the salt air and feel the sea breeze.

Located in a small complex with 3 apartments, Villa del Mar is light, airy and quaintly furnished, creating that perfect beach holiday home feel. On the ground level you will find an open plan living, dining and modern kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

Off the living is a separate reading room, while double doors open onto a panoramic furnished terrace perfect for alfresco dining and sunset. The dining table for eight sits before an arched window with lovely water views and there is a wicker rocking chair for relaxing in. Also located on the entry level is a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Up a flight of stairs and you will reach the main sleeping quarters of the apartment. Recently renovated, the second floor boasts two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with walk-in shower, wash basin and bidet. One bedroom has a green leafy aspect, whilst the master bedroom opens onto a large panoramic terrace with sun beds and outdoor furnishings.

The uninterrupted water views will leave you breath taken!

The apartment has a split air conditioning system and Wifi connection.

Should you wish to explore further afield, Massa Lubrense has much to offer. There are more than 100km of marked countryside trails, wonderful restaurants and a superb coastline. Capri Island, Positano or Pompeii are also perfect day trips from Villa del Mar.

The village of Marina della Lobra is an ancient fishing marina, with records dating back to when it was used as a summer residence by patricians of Ancient Rome. The harbour is as peaceful today, with fishing boats bobbing in the waves and a relaxed atmosphere. It is possible to rent a boat to reach bays and inlets that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

The apartment can be reached on foot descending approx. approx. 100m from street level descending a long flight of stairs. There is paid street parking available, alternatively Marina della Lobra port offers car parking (charges apply).
