Boasting a central location in the heart of the historical centre of Naples, is this wonderfully restyled two- bedroom apartment complete with all the modern day comforts of today including smart TV with Netflix, WiFi and reverse-cycle cooling and heating system.

Casa Frangiò is located on the fourth-floor of a residential building with lift access in the famous, but more discreet Piazetta Grande Archivio – the location of the State Archives of Naples. Within minutes you can reach Via San Gregorio Armeno famous for its nativity scene makers, Via dei Tribunali and Corso Umberto.

This spacious 90 square metre apartment enjoys high ceilings and features two-bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful living and dining space with superb surrounding views over the city of Naples.

Beaming with natural light, Casa Frangiò has been tastefully furnished throughout and houses a cosy living room with comfortable L- shaped lounge (convertible to a double sofa-bed if needed), two armchairs perfect for reading or enjoying a movie and a dining table for 6 people with a view. The living room also features two wonderful, tall wooden glass doors that open out onto two small Juliette style balconies where you can see and experience Neapolitan life like a local.

The main entrance to the apartment is very welcoming. To the right of the entrance you have a separate yet spacious storage area equipped with washing machine and other facilities. Once you reach the main hallway of the apartment, turn right and up and down several stairs and you will come to one double bedroom. If you continue down the main hallway you will reach the second double bedroom which enjoys a small private Juliette balcony. Both bedrooms are neatly furnished and enjoy flat screen TV and reverse-cycle cooling/heating systems.

The apartment features two separate and newly renovated bathrooms both equipped with enclosed shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.

Casa Frangiò offers a separate kitchenette perfect for rustling up a quick breakfast, or preparing a leisurely evening meal. Brand new, the kitchen has all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.

Nearby Attractions
It’s worth spending a day exploring the historical centre on foot. Highlights include the cathedral, the botanical gardens and the National Archaeological Museum. If shopping is your thing, you’ll love the choice on Via Toldeo and when evening comes, head to nearby Via Tribunale with some of the best pizzerias in town.

The atmosphere around Casa Frangiò is very lively with small narrow streets offering a mix of residential and retail with markets, craft shops, museums, churches, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops and excellent restaurants and pizzerias.

San Gregorio Armeno is only a 3-minute walk from Casa Frangiò, and is the epicentre of Italy’s Nativity scene tradition.

At night, the neighbourhood is full of life, with a multitude of clubs and bars in the vicinity, not to mention the famous pizzerias of Pizzeria Dal Presidente, Pizzeria Sorbillo and Pizzeria De Matteo, located on Via dei Tribunali.

Casa Frangiò is well-connected to other major attractions in the city, either on foot or by bus and metro. A short stroll from the apartment and you can reach Corso Umberto, Angevin, the Beverello (where ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast depart), Via Toledo/Roma for shopping, Via Caracciolo and Castel dell'Ovo for the funicular (cable car) to the more elite Vomero district, Certosa di San Martino and Castel Sant 'Elmo.
